The HR Partners’ roundtables provide international leaders from very different industries a unique opportunity to exchange managerial experiences. On Wednesday this week we hosted in Prague a roundtable on the Czech labor market and were delighted to welcome Alena Patrovska, HR Director at Walmark consumer healthcare company, Ladislav Kucera, Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Romania at Hays recruitment company as well as Guillaume Chêne, former CEO of Makro retail chain for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. A very inspiring moment for our guests to discuss topics centered on the Czech labor market – among them the shortage of employees and the salary fever hitting numerous industries – as well as to confront their prognosis regarding the economic outlook for the country regularly described as one of the most flourishing economies in Europe.
