Our client is one of the largest global operators in the environmental sector with leading international activities in the areas of water management, waste management and energy services.

The Mission

The mission was to attract a senior Human Resources Director with prior experience leading large and complex organizations at the international level with board membership track-record and strategic business partnering history.

The Profile

The profile would offer at least twenty years experience leading large human resources teams across multiple countries and across disciplines (organizational alignment, leadership development, labor relations strategy). He/she will have led the development of the talent, processes and effectiveness of the HR function, managing complex change delivery and transformation.

The mission was fulfilled in about six months.
