Our client is a European leader in the fleet management sector with a strong presence across the Central and Eastern European region.

The Mission

The mission was to attract a qualified managing director with at least five years of general management experience in an international environment with knowledge of the financial services sector and/or the automotive industry in Poland.

The Profile

The profile would be an entrepreneurially-minded senior executive, an effective people manager, with strong employee-development skills. He/she should possess a strategic vision, be results-driven, delegate effectively, be loyal and able to operate under pressure. A commercially-oriented professional with a clear overview of business processes, pro-active in communication with stakeholders, able to build and maintain relationships, possess a sharp analytical mind, and be persuasive and innovative.

The mission was fulfilled in about three months.
