Our client is a real estate development and asset management group with assets across the office, the residential and the hospitality segments in Europe.
The Mission
The mission was to attract a young “developer” with architectural/design background but also with the ability to link business, architecture and project management. He/she would possess strong legal and contractual experience with real estate development projects across multiple countries of Europe.
The Profile
The profile would demonstrate significant experience leading project managers in real estate development overseeing the definition of projects in terms of positioning, budgeting, scheduling and team-building (architects, designers, etc) and leading ultimately to leasing management and contract negotiation.
The mission was fulfilled in about six months.
