Our client is a global leader in the area of corporate payment services and offers B2B solutions for employee benefits such as fleet, mobility solutions and expense management.
The mission was to attract a qualified commercial director with at least ten years experience managing sales forces and sales organizations in the area of B2B services in Poland. He/she should have a track record of commercial performance management in international service organizations operating in Poland.
The profile would have climbed the ladder of commercial management from field sales or account management to national sales leadership in the B2B sector, ideally in the financial service sector (banking, credit card companies, insurance companies or other related corporate services organizations). He/she would be a strong leader with an extensive track record at structuring (or restructuring) sales forces and sales organizations and driving and controlling commercial performance. He/she would also possess strong relationship-building achievements with large international corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.
The mission was fulfilled in about three months.
