Our client is a European leader in the fleet management and the mobility solutions sector with a strong presence across the Central and Eastern European region.
The mission was to attract a seasoned general manager/executive committee member, experienced with full P&L, personnel, strategy and operations responsibility. The Managing Director should be experienced running an executive committee of senior directors, watch after both the top line and the bottom line and strengthen key client and strategic account relationship management. – He/she should demonstrate strong proximity and support to people in the field, both in sales and operations.
The profile to be researched would demonstrate hands-on experience in running sales force organizations in B2B environments as well as excellence in operations and customer service. The targeted executive needed to demonstrate a significant prior assignment as country manager/general manager of the Hungarian subsidiary of an international service company, managing an entire executive committee team (finance, sales, HR, marketing, customer service, etc …).
The mission was fulfilled in about five months.
