Our client is one of the most iconic brands in the cosmetics and fragrance industry with global presence and brand awareness across all continents.
The mission was to attract an experienced Brand Manager/Director to drive and manage the brand in the high potential market of Russia, representing and communicating the brand DNA, managing the P&L with a profitability and brand development purpose and building a special relationship with retailers.
The profile would offer a strategic thinking orientation combined with hands-on attitude and creative flair. He/she would demonstrate entrepreneurial skills to drive and manage the complex and diverse business of the brand, with the ability to manage and motivate people and the capability to develop a close relationship with retailers. He/she would offer international experience and a mindset and personal affinity with the segment of luxury brands and luxury products.
The mission was fulfilled in about three months.
