Our client is a global leader in the area of corporate payment services and offers B2B solutions for employee benefits such as fleet, mobility solutions and expense management.
Our mission was to attract a senior and dynamic commercial professional to take the role of Sales Director, reporting to the Country General Manager. Our client required a manager with a successful track record of developing relationships with large international corporate accounts (especially in the FMCG area) and be at ease in international environments (both internally and externally).
The ideal candidate needed to have at least ten years of commercial management experience in the B2B sector (and ideally B2B2C too) as a Sales Director/Business Development Manager, managing sales teams and sales processes.
The mission was fulfilled in about three months.
