Our client is one of the strongest global names in the beauty and the cosmetics industry with brands across multiple product categories and distribution channels in segments such as skincare, cosmetics and fragrances among others.
The mission was to attract an experienced, high–performing Commercial Manager to take responsibility for the sales management in Estonia. As a part of the multicultural team, he/she would develop and promote sales and distribution strategies within a highly competitive, fast-paced and trendsetting industry.
The profile would have demonstrated success in leading a sales force in the field in the area of fast-moving consumer goods, working hand in hand with the major selective or general retailers in Estonia. He/she would demonstrate the ability to design a sales organization, managing and developing the commitment and performance of the sales teams, integrating the sales strategies and activities with other departments (especially marketing, customer service and merchandising).
The mission was fulfilled in about three months.
