The Client

Our client is one of the strongest global names in the beauty and the cosmetics industry with brands across multiple product categories and distribution channels in segments such as skincare, cosmetics and fragrances among others.

The Mission

The mission was to attract a creative, out of the box thinking Group Brand Manager in order to lead the marketing strategy of an iconic brand in the portfolio on the Adriatic level (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia etc …).

The Profile

The profile would offer at least five years experience working in an international environment and the knowledge of launching a brand new product on the national level in one of the Adriatic countries in the FMCG sector (food and beverage, tobacco, cosmetics etc …). He/she would be experienced in defining the local brand strategy in line with the international brand positioning and would contribute to growth by driving new product launches and pillar products.

The mission was fulfilled in about three months.
