The Client

Our client is a global leader in the medical devices industry providing innovative health products and solutions in the fields of orthopaedics, medical compression, homecare and sport.

The Mission

The mission was to attract an experienced commercial director or general manager from the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sectors with the objective of boosting the commercial performance of the company in both the Spanish and the Portuguese markets. He/she would create and execute the roadmap to achieve the expansion of the company’s existing product portfolio as well as for new products, with a responsibility in both direct sales and indirect sales and marketing.

The Profile

The profile would offer extensive healthcare or related pharma/OTC experience in leading direct and indirect sales (through agents and/or distributors) in the Iberica region. He/she would offer solid and successful commercial experience with a track record in building a sustainable commercial structure and a solid managerial history in leading, developing and coaching commercial teams in the field in the medical devices industry or the healthcare area.

The mission was fulfilled in about four months.
