The mission was to attract a seasoned general manager/executive committee member, experienced with full P&L, personnel, strategy and operations responsibility.
Our client expected his new Country Managing Director to demonstrate hands-on experience in running sales force organizations in B2B environments as well as excellence in operations and customer service. The targeted executive needed to demonstrate a significant prior assignment as country manager/general manager of the Hungarian subsidiary of an international service company, managing an entire executive committee team (finance, sales, HR, marketing, customer service, etc …).
The mission was fulfilled in about five months.
